Jackson Trial - Week One Summary

Looks good for the defense so far!

A short summary of the witnesses and who benefited from their testimony.

Prosecution Witnesses:

1st - Martin Bashir - Answered some basic questions for the prosecution.
Cross-Examination - Un-cooperative ( possible hiding incriminating or exonerating testimony)
Benefits - Defense ( un-cooperative to answer questions. Hiding behind the shield law

2nd - Anne Gabriel -Kite - Said Documentary was a complete PR disaster
Cross- Examination - Never Met Jackson at all.
Benefits - Defense (Never Met Jackson)

3rd - Davelin Arvizo - Her stories were contradicted when it was discovered that she told a compeletly different story to the Grand Jury
Cross -Examination - Admitted she lied about the case ( testimony questionable)
Benefits - Defense - Commited perjury, testimony destroyed, unreliable, sounds rehearsed and met with sneddon.
